Swimming...

So our favorite spot lately is the new city pool. This kid of mine will wake up probably 4 or 5 days a week and the first word out of her mouth is pool. She was a little scared at first but now she does the baywatch run in and out, and will go down the slides, and play on the little yellow islands and everything. We went today and had the whole place to ourselves pretty much so we stayed for almost two hours. All of these pics are from a couple months ago when we first went except for the first one from today. Don't judge me on her hair after all we had just woken up and we were only headed to the pool...

January 2011

Yeah, I know I have totally dropped the ball on the whole blogging thing, but this year I have decided to be better. I have so many pictures of the kid and I need to be better at scrapbooking and keeping up with everything we do. So here goes.. For the weekend of my dad and brothers birthdays we went up to Wyoming. Now I am not a fan of Wyoming, but Jackson Hole was nice and we went on a sleigh ride through a part of the elk reserve which was actually cool. Kendall fell asleep about 15 minutes in which was probably good cause it was a lot easier to make sure she stayed warm. The "beasts" as Kendall calls them were crazy big and close to us so it was kind of a fun experience. After spending the day in Jackson we spend the rest of the weekend at Ron and Chelise's house just eating amazing food (thanks to Chelise, and even Ron who deep fried us a turkey) and spending time with that cute Brody. Kendall even tried to get Brody to watch Resh (Shrek) with her, but I don't think she had much luck. Overall our trip was awesome except for the couple nights Kendall was sick with the stomach flu....Yeah I got to make a visit to the laundromat in Big Piney, don't be jealous it's right next to one of the amazing bars and probably one of the most sketchy places I've ever seen. Of course I didn't know there was a much newer and cleaner option until AFTER I was already done. Oh well.
P.S. Brody whips his hair better than anyone I've ever seen...

Sledding!

I am not a fan of winter. I hate snow and cold weather almost more than anything. I hate being cooped up in the house, and my baby girl hates it too. So even when it's frigid outside we bundle up and go sometimes just to avoid going crazy. I had to search all over town to find her a sled, sad with all the snow this town gets you think it would be easy. Nope. I had to go to probably 5 stores until I found a sled. This sled is awesome though, it's a toddler sled complete with seatbelt so when I'm pulling her behind me and she sinks sideways into my gigantic footprints she doesn't fall out on her head. Brilliant invention that was. She had a blast! Then when the snow starts to melt, we grab the trusty stroller and bundle up and get out there again. Please, Please summer come soon!!

Famly Pics

So I am putting a picture on of Kendall pulling her Grandpa's hair, he loves it and so does she, the concentration on her little face is pretty extreme. And a couple pics of Kendall in her baby shades just cause she is so darn cute! We went and took family pictures today so here's one of all the girls that turned out kinda good. Really random, I know but I'm bored and have some time to kill before I go see New Moon tonight! Yay!

Jeannie...

So every time I leave Kendall with Jeannie she thinks its time for a photo shoot. I ran to the store the other day and came home to a whole bunch of new pictures. Not that I'm complaining cause between Jeannie's ADD and being an enormous spaz she can usually get a few good pics of baby.

Ok so I have so many stupid accounts of stuff and so many passwords that I forgot this one for so dang long. I really wanted to update this sooner, and trust me I've been trying but no such luck. So we haven't been doing anything too exciting, I am putting on some pics of Kendall up the mountain with the awesome fall leaves, and one of her new pierced ears :) She looks so stinkin cute with earrings! I love them! I will hopefully find a good pic of her in her halloween costume (she totally hated it!) to post, but we'll see...

Hey Everyone

So I guess I have been living in a cave for the last few years cause I'm seriously behind the times when it comes to this stuff!! We are not that exciting but hopefully this will give people we don't get to see often a chance to keep up with us. Kendall is now two months old, and such a dang good baby! Sleeps extremely well at night lately and is all smiles and coos to pretty much anybody who will talk to her!
